  They underquoted my husband; didn't do the job they were getting paid for but then double charged us for a second service call by the gas safety inspector to do the job that was supposed to have been done a month earlier; my husband phoned once a month for 3 months asking for an invoice and didn't get one; with out sending us a work order invoice they tried to charge the full amount to my husbands credit card; Got the invoice only after they phoned me to tell me that when they tried to process the payment the credit card had expired in which I told them we didn't get an invoice 6 months after the work was done. They kept telling us they would have to talk to the owner in regards to deducting the 2nd service call and only deducted it when my husband told them they tried to kill us with carbon dioxide and that the gas safety inspector would go to bat for us against them.
  Will NEVER do business with this company again. If you're not there to supervise the work, it won't get done.
